Portal Support¶
Working with an agent?
Ask Claude which portals your own account covers. It runs the portals query
below for you and reports what came back, which is more useful than the
general table here. See
Getting Started With Agents.
The SDK ingests data from the storefronts listed below. What's available per portal depends on what each storefront exposes through its reporting API, so not every portal provides the same metrics.
To see the exact portal, platform and region combinations active in your account,
query the portals table:
from dda_sdk import DuckDBClient, PortalsSchema
with DuckDBClient() as client:
portals = client.query(PortalsSchema, "SELECT * FROM portals")
print(portals.select(["portal", "platform", "region", "latest_date"]))
Supported Portals¶

| GOG | Sales |
| Humble | Sales |
| Meta Quest | Sales |

Discount Data¶
Promotional event data (discount depth, event name, start and end dates, and
performance metrics) comes from the events table.
| Portal | Method | Accuracy |
|---|---|---|
| Steam | Scraped directly | High |
| Nintendo | Scraped directly | High |
| Other portals | Detected from revenue changes | Lower; may miss shallow or short discounts |
Scraped portals give exact discount depth and the real event name, for
example "Steam Summer Sale 2026".
Detected portals don't report promotions to us, so we infer them from drops in revenue. Timing and depth are approximate, and the event name is one we generate rather than the name set on the storefront's backend.
Events populate these columns in events:
| Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
event_name |
Human-readable name of the sale, for example "Steam Summer Sale 2026" |
discount |
Discount depth as a 0–1 float (0.40 = 40% off) |
date_from / date_to |
Event window |
click_through_rate, conversion_rate, sales_uplift_score |
Performance metrics; null when the portal doesn't report the underlying traffic data |
See Tables & Schema Reference for the full column list.
